This program is for you if you've been feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, constantly "on," or like you've been putting everyone else's needs ahead of your own.
Whether you're navigating motherhood, caregiving, work stress, menopause, a major life transition, or simply longing to feel calmer and more connected to yourself, you'll learn practical tools to help regulate your nervous system and support your overall wellbeing.
No previous yoga experience is needed—just a willingness to show up exactly as you are.
-
Absolutely.
This program was intentionally created with beginners in mind. Every class includes options and modifications so you can participate in a way that feels comfortable for your body.
The goal isn't to perform perfect poses—it's to help you feel better.
-
Yes.
This program was designed specifically for women who already feel like they have too much on their plate.
Each class is only 25 minutes long, making it easier to fit into your day without adding more pressure to your schedule.
There are no expectations to perform or keep up with anyone else. Simply show up exactly as you are.
-
Most yoga classes focus primarily on movement.
This program combines gentle yoga with evidence-informed education about stress, the nervous system, emotional wellbeing, and practical strategies you can begin applying immediately in your everyday life.
Rather than simply following along with poses, you'll gain a deeper understanding of why your body responds to stress the way it does—and how to support it more effectively.
You'll leave each class with skills you can continue using long after the mat is rolled up.
Your Questions, AnsweredStill have questions?
That's completely normal. Here are answers to the questions I hear most often. If you don't see yours here, feel free to reach out—I'd be happy to help.
-
Perfect!
Flexibility isn't a requirement—it's often a result of practicing.
Many people begin yoga because they feel stiff, tense, or disconnected from their bodies. As your body begins to relax and move more regularly, flexibility and mobility naturally improve over time.
-
Because consistency matters more than perfection.
Research shows that even short, intentional practices can have meaningful benefits for both physical and mental wellbeing.
These classes are designed to fit into real life, helping you build a sustainable habit without feeling overwhelmed.
-
Everyone's experience is unique.
Many women notice they feel calmer, sleep better, move with greater ease, become more aware of how stress affects their body, and feel more equipped to navigate everyday challenges.
Most importantly, you'll leave with practical tools and a deeper understanding of your nervous system that you can continue using long after the program ends.

As a Registered Massage Therapist, Holistic Wellbeing Coach, and yoga instructor, I've had the privilege of supporting hundreds of women through stress, burnout, chronic pain, and major life transitions.
One thing became clear: while hands-on treatment can provide relief, many women wanted practical tools they could use every day to better support their own wellbeing.
I created this program to bridge that gap by combining gentle yoga, evidence-informed nervous system education, and simple practices that help women feel calmer, more resilient, and more connected to themselves—both on and off the mat.
