During this all levels friendly slow paced yoga class you will be guided through a variety of relaxation tools that soothe your nervous system and can easily be applied to your life to develop more resiliency to life's changes and challenges.

 
Yoga nourishes our relaxation response and down regulates our stress response. It incorporates mindfulness, movement, breath and mediation which can have an incredibly positive impact on our lives. It has been shown to reduce stress, anxiety and depression as well as improve focus, immune response, emotional wellbeing, resilience and memory.
