Yoga For Stress Release: Soothing, relaxing and slow paced.

Hatha Yoga: Breath work, warm up, holding postures for a few to several breaths, cool down, savasana.

Flow/Vinyasa Yoga: Movement is coordinated with your breath and movement to flow from one pose to another.

Power Yoga: Energizing. Strong heat generating, strengthening poses for a majority of class.

Yoga Full Body Stretch: Stretch your whole body out:)

Short yoga classes (15-30 minutes)

Moderate yoga classes (40-60 minutes)

Long yoga classes (75-90 minutes)

Morning classes
